Safety first

When painting your outdoor areas and stairs, adding Resene Anti-Slip Grip Additive to your paint helps to create a non-slip finish. It’s comfortable to walk on – even in bare feet – and is ideal to add to products like Resene Walk-on flooring and paving paint. Top tip: If stairs are on the main entry to a house, paint the edges in white to make it easy to see when the light is poor.

Resene Lumbersider Matt offers a flatter finish than Resene Lumbersider Low Sheen, and is designed for exterior walls, weatherboards and landscaping elements. Plus it’s now available in a wider range of colours, so you can curate your chosen look with more precision.

If you’ve chosen a dark colour to use outdoors, ask for it to be tinted into a Resene CoolColour version of your chosen formula. Resene CoolColours looks like a normal colour but, thanks to special pigment technology, it reflects more heat so that the surface and substrate doesn’t get as hot.
